✍️ Global Sender Display Name
What this does: When set, this name overrides the "From Name" of every SMTP server for all emails you send — campaigns, auto-replies, and follow-ups. Recipients will see this name regardless of which SMTP server is used. Leave blank to use each SMTP server's own From Name.
This overrides all SMTP "From Name" fields. All outgoing emails will show this name.
ℹ️ How It Works
• You can add as many SMTP servers as you want with any "From Email" addresses.
• All SMTP servers will use the same sender name (the display name you set above).
• The recipient sees: Your Name <[email protected]>
• If left blank, each SMTP server uses its own configured "From Name".

📥 IMAP Accounts
IMAP accounts let the server read your inbox. Used by Auto-Reply to detect incoming emails and trigger reply chains. Requires
php-imap extension on server.

🔁 Auto-Reply Rules
How it works: Cron reads your IMAP inbox every minute. When a new email arrives from someone, it sends Reply #1 within 1 minute. When that person replies again, it sends Reply #2. If they reply again, it sends Reply #3 — and so on through all configured replies. Every time they reply, the server sends the next auto-reply in the chain. When all replies are exhausted, the server automatically removes that contact from the auto-reply queue. Blacklisted email addresses and domains are skipped entirely.

📬 Follow-Up Rules
How it works: Cron reads your IMAP inbox every minute. When a new email arrives from someone, the follow-up sequence is automatically added for that contact. The server then sends the follow-up messages at the configured intervals. Blacklisted addresses and domains are never enrolled. You can also enroll contacts manually from an email list or CSV upload.
